One-off setup € 2,500 – 9,900 depending on data volume, integration depth and branding requirements. Apple / Google Developer fees are passed through transparently. Minimum term 24 months, three-month notice.

Security, legal, availability

GDPR-compliant — the municipality remains controller per Art. 4 No. 7 GDPR, aebb acts as processor under a written DPA.

Hosted in Germany — servers in Nuremberg (Hetzner), no data flows outside the EU.

Accessibility — implementation according to BITV 2.0 and EU Directive 2016/2102 for public-sector bodies.

Availability — target 99.0 % per month with a transparent status page.

Data export at end of contract — complete CSV/JSON dump within 30 days.

Liability — contractually capped, German law, Lahn-Dill district as place of jurisdiction.
